Terms and Conditions

Thank you for supporting my small business! Each piece is handmade with care, so slight variations, tiny imperfections, and differences in colour or finish are part of the unique nature of handcrafted resin items.

1. Handmade Products

  • All items are handmade and may vary slightly from photographs.

  • Small bubbles, colour variations, and minor imperfections are normal characteristics of handmade resin products and are not considered faults.

2. Sizing

  • Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

  • I cannot be held responsible if an incorrect size is chosen by the customer.

  • If your item does not fit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. While I cannot guarantee an exchange or alteration, I will always do my best to help where possible.

3. Returns & Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the issue.

  • Items found to have a genuine manufacturing fault will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at my discretion.

  • I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, unless required by applicable consumer law.

4. Repairs

  • I am happy to offer repair services where possible.

  • If damage has occurred due to accidental damage, incorrect handling, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions, repairs can usually be carried out for a reduced repair fee, plus any applicable postage costs.

  • The cost of repair will depend on the extent of the damage.

5. Care Instructions

To help your resin jewellery and ornamental pieces last as long as possible:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as UV light can cause resin to yellow or colours to fade over time.

  • Keep away from excessive heat and open flames.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals.

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or rough materials.

  • Store jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

  • Handle all items with care, as resin can scratch, chip, or break if dropped or subjected to excessive force.

6. Ornamental Pieces

  • Resin ornamental pieces are intended for decorative use only.

  • To preserve their appearance, they should be displayed away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure to UV light may cause yellowing, fading, or discolouration over time.

  • Keep ornaments away from sources of excessive heat and handle them carefully to avoid chips, cracks, or breakage.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty.

  • Please check all spelling, colours, and design requests carefully before confirming your order.

8. Shipping

  • Once your order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Warranty of Care

I take pride in creating quality handmade pieces and want you to enjoy them for years to come. If something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. While I cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizes selected by customers or damage caused through wear, accidents, or improper care, I will always do my best to offer a fair and affordable repair service wherever possible.
